Joining these two apartments into one required complicated structural alteration to the existing layout. As it was a development intended for sale after alteration completion, careful attention was placed on value for money factor and the result was creation of end-user quality space at a price developer was satisfied with. This was achieved mainly by investing in integrated lighting features and hi-end materials in strategic places.
