[053] Inverness Mews - London - 2013

refurbishment, completed

Mews house that served as a office space was converted  into two 150m2 houses. Developers brief asked for lateral spaces to be created, and that was achieved by relocating the party wall from floor to floor, instead of dividing the house symmetrically in half. Special focus was taken on the stairs as a main connection of staggered spaces in the houses.
