A young family of four needed to organise a 58m2 raw space into their apartment. We managed to minimize lost space in hallways, but keep the privacy, by creating double-door buffer zone in the ‘fat’ division wall between day and night segments of the apartment. The rest of the ‘fat’ wall was used for storage space and powder room. Jack-and-Jill bathroom puts their privacy to a higher level, very rare in the small apartment situation such as this one.
