The brief included space planing changes to accommodate library, lighting upgrade, and millwork design and production. Library and dining shelving was designed with integrated dimmable lighting, enabling creation of various moods. Dominating low-end AC units were enclosed with simple style stained oak wood ‘boxes’ with 3 inch thick wenge wood tops that extend into the window sill and create a display surface. Space disadvantages were turned into features.
