Client purchased a 3000sq.ft. (280m2) raw floor space in a five storey building that used to serve as a small factory in Manhattan‘s Gramercy Park Area. The brief included creating a layout for family of six, lighting layout and hardwood milwork design and production for living, lounge, office and kid’s room areas.
